What We Do

We curate experiences that nurture emotional well-being, self-expression, and community support. Our programs are designed to uplift, inspire, and provide meaningful connections:

🌿 Support Groups

Our peer-led and virtual support groups provide a judgment-free space to discuss mental health, identity, relationships, and personal struggles. Teens can share their experiences, receive encouragement, and know they’re not alone in their journey.

🎨 Art Therapy Workshops

Art is a powerful tool for self-expression and healing. Our guided workshops allow teens to explore their emotions through painting, drawing, journaling, and other creative outlets. No artistic skill is required—just a willingness to explore and express.

📖 Book of the Month Club

Literature has the power to spark important conversations and expand perspectives. Each month, we select a book by diverse authors that highlights themes of identity, resilience, and mental health. Our discussion groups provide a space to reflect, relate, and connect through storytelling.

🎤 Open Mic Nights

A platform for voices that deserve to be heard. Whether it’s poetry, music, spoken word, or personal storytelling, our open mic nights offer a safe and supportive stage for teens to express themselves and celebrate their creativity.

🎬 Monthly Movie Night

Representation matters. Our movie nights feature films that uplift BIPOC and LGBTQ+ voices, challenge societal norms, and encourage thought-provoking discussions. Each screening is followed by an open conversation where teens can share their perspectives and connect over shared experiences.
