At Solitude Soothers, each product is handcrafted and made to order with care. Because of the nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at sales@solitudesoother.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly review and provide a replacement or store credit when appropriate.

Subscription Box Shipping:
- All subscription boxes will be shipped out on the 15th of each month.
- Please ensure that your subscription is active and payment has been processed by the 10th of the month to receive the upcoming month's box.
- We use reliable shipping carriers to deliver your subscription box, and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States. International shipping times may vary.
