Speak Your Truth is a special Open Mic Night for teens who are navigating sadness, depression, or just the messiness of being human. Whether you write poetry, sing, play an instrument, or just want to sit in the crowd and feel something real—this night is for you.

No judgment. No need to be perfect. This is about expression, not performance. It’s about turning pain into power, sadness into art, and silence into something that connects us all.

Bring your voice, your notebook, your guitar; or just bring yourself. Even listening can be healing.
